In most parts, but the links for the SDK are dead now.
However you can still download it from Microsoft Visual Studio.

It did for longer, Windows 10 is what I am doing the community builds on.
Even our buildbot runs on Windows 10.

Any gotchas I need to watch out for?

There may be several parts of the Wiki (SDK obviously) that need to be
updated.
If you find something, we should take the opportunity.
